Friday Adventures

Sunday, March 22nd, 2009

Interesting that my last post was about energy.  On Friday, I was feeling pretty good.  After a crazy week, I was ready for the weekend.  I’d had a great workout with Noah in the morning, and was being productive and getting stuff done at the office.  I ate lunch in two stages - at about 11:30 some leftover corn soup that I’d opened the night before, and at around 1:30 I threw a bag of frozen veggies (peas & pearl onions) in the microwave and finished that up. Humongo Trees

Sean and I spent the weekend on a little getaway to Sonoma. Both of us had passed through there before but not spent any real time there. It’s cool to be able to drive just over an hour and really feel like you’re somewhere very different from the city. (more…)
